Sarah Redman

Sarah Redman has proudly served as Warrick County Assessor since 2015 and is currently seeking her third elected term. As Assessor, Sarah is committed to ensuring fair and equitable property valuations, providing excellent service to taxpayers, and promoting transparency and accountability within the Assessor’s Office. She also serves as Secretary of the Warrick County Property Tax Assessment Board of Appeals.
Sarah earned her Level I and Level II Indiana Assessor-Appraiser certifications in 2015 and achieved her Level III Assessor-Appraiser certification in 2017. Since then, she has completed more than 382 hours of continuing education to maintain her certification and stay current on Indiana property assessment laws, practices, and procedures.
During her time in office, Sarah has focused on building a knowledgeable, well-trained staff that is accessible and willing to help taxpayers understand the assessment process. She maintains an open-door policy and believes taxpayers deserve clear answers and transparency from their local government. Sarah also has a proven record of maintaining a conservative office budget and being a responsible steward of taxpayer dollars.
Sarah attended Wichita State University and the University of Evansville and is a graduate of the Richard G. Lugar Excellence in Public Service Series. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering with Warrick County CASA.
Sarah lives in Boonville with her husband, Ryan. Together, they have four children: Wyatt, McKayne, Jackson, and Ryder.
