I was raised in Evansville, IN where I graduated from North High School and the University of Evansville. I and my husband, Richard, moved our children (Andrew & Jenna) to Newburgh in 1987 where they attended the Castle schools K-12. In 1992 my husband and I started our own business, Richard Reid Appraisal Company in Newburgh serving Warrick County and the surrounding area. I have been a member of the Ohio Township Advisory Board for 8 years and am the current President of the Board. I take my Board responsibilities seriously. My Main Priority has been to keep the people of Ohio Township safe. Ohio Township has been the 2nd fastest growing township in the state the last few years. Our township has many new homes, apartments, businesses, medical buildings and Assisted Care buildings popping up. The projection is for more growth the next few years including a new Sports Complex. It is imperative to stay ahead of this positive growth to keep our families and friends safe, and to prevent the destruction of our homes and businesses. I am proud to be part of the Board and the things we have accomplished in the last few years. We have built 2 new Fire Houses and created a hybrid Fire Department of Professional Firemen and Volunteers. We recently opened the new Ohio Township Park, which is a BIG hit with all ages. I am Pro-Life, Pro-Second Amendment, and Pro-Law Enforcement.
